Summary
Le séminaire porte sur les projets de pactes mondiaux relatifs à la protection de l'environnement proposés, ces dernières années, par la société civile ou élaborés en collaboration avec elle. Il sera fait également état des négociations actuellement en cours à l'ONU sur la question.
