La journée d’études est co-organisée par SPHère (UMR 7219) et le Max Planck Institute for the History of Science (Berlin). Nous y discuterons de l’impact et de la diffusion en Europe et en Chine de l’importante édition des Éléments d’Euclide publiée par le jésuite Christoph Clavius en 1574.

The study day is co-organized by SPHère (UMR 7219) and the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science (Berlin). We will discuss the impact and diffusion in Europe and China of the important edition of the Elements of Euclid published by the Jesuit Christoph Clavius in 1574.
