Scientific and editorial line

This electronic journal solicits articles on archeology, ancient Egypt, Ancient Rome, the Middle Ages and pre-colonial Africa, and sometimes varias, reviews of books, magazines, and cinema as well as tributes to our illustrious disappeared.

The purpose of the review is to allow a wide dissemination of scholarly and secular knowledge of deep Africa by favoring the long term and to ensure greater proximity between Africa and the European West by sieving everything which founds their existence. It offers a forum for reflection open to the period of Antiquity and the Middle Ages to explore cultural, religious, political, artistic, economic, social dynamics, without however excluding comparative approaches.

The journal intends to be an instrument for decompartmentalizing knowledge and to act as a bridge between academics from two areas, Central Africa and West Africa for a more practical exchange of knowledge, experiences and expertise. It is supported by an editorial committee, which is backed by an international scientific and reading committee.

She is multilingual. Unpublished articles in French, but also in English are hosted, to allow the opening to an international audience.

It is aimed at the scientific community but also at a wider audience. It is a cross-media editorial project which is based on the complementarity between different resources - text, image, video, audio -, intended to provide various insights on the theme of each issue.

The texts must take into account the evolution of the disciplines covered and respect the editorial line of the journal. They must also be original and not have been published in another peer-reviewed journal. Finally, they must be accompanied by an identity photo for each contributor.
