L’accompagnement entrepreneurial revisité : vers des modèles adaptatifs et inclusifs
L’entrepreneuriat contemporain se distingue par la diversité croissante des profils et des parcours. L’image traditionnelle de « l’entrepreneur type » ne correspond plus à la réalité actuelle. Les entrepreneurs diffèrent désormais par leurs motivations, leurs ressources, leur genre, leur âge, leur origine socioculturelle, leur niveau d’éducation, leur statut migratoire, leur localisation ou encore leur situation de handicap. Cette pluralité appelle à repenser l’accompagnement entrepreneurial afin de mieux comprendre les besoins spécifiques qui en découlent et de renouveler les approches existantes.

L’Observatoire Permanent de l’Exclusion Numérique (OPEN)
La progression de la dématérialisation des services publics met en lumière des inégalités d’accès et de pratiques des technologies numériques qui ont des conséquences concrètes sur l’accès aux droits et à la participation citoyenne. Par ailleurs, il importe de dépasser une vision binaire opposant inclus et exclus. Les travaux sur le non-usage montrent que certaines formes de déconnexion sont volontaires et ne résultent pas nécessairement d’un défaut d’accès (Jauréguiberry, 2019). Reconnaître cette diversité de situations et de pratiques permet d’affiner les diagnostics et de mieux cibler les réponses.

Le développement exponentiel de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) suscite espoirs, interrogations et parfois craintes, incitant à questionner les usages dont elle fait et pourrait faire l’objet dans le champ de l’action publique. Cette nouvelle édition des RIGP se propose d’explorer dans quelles mesures l’IA est susceptible de transformer, voire de révolutionner, la conduite et le pilotage de l’action publique, pour tout ou partie de ses dimensions : limiter la complexité administrative, améliorer le contrôle et la lutte contre la fraude, automatiser la distribution des prestations sociales et des services publics, parfaire la qualité du service public, améliorer la gestion des ressources (humaines, infrastructures, technologiques…).

L’entreprise sous tensions : de la contagion sociétale
Le colloque porte sur l’entreprise sous tensions, en lien avec la contagion sociétale. Avec la notion d’entreprise qui est à prendre dans un sens large, elle pourrait être appréhendée comme une institution centrale de la société, creuset de mutations profondes tant des mentalités que des modes de vie, tout autant que réceptacles de violences et de dérives, représentant autant de sujets sensibles à gérer. L’entreprise pourrait aussi être appréhendée comme un lieu de transformation et la contagion sociétale comme le processus par lequel les tensions et les débats qui traversent la société se propagent et se répercutent au sein des organisations.

Backlash politics and sustainable development in Latin America
Special issue of the “Revue internationale des études du développement”
This special issue of the Revue internationale des études du développement aims to bring together articles dealing with the politics of backlash in sustainable development in Latin America. The terms “backlash” and “backlash politics” are essential elements of the contemporary political landscape. They can be used in various contexts to refer to conservative mobilization, to movements in favor of local autonomy, to radical right populism, etc. We seek to stimulate in-depth reflection on conservative mobilization and the varied responses it has elicited in Latin America, across different political areas and at different scales. We call for innovative contributions and invite authors to focus on three lines of inquiry centered on ideas, institutions, and interests: 1/ Conservative agendas: reconfigurations and contestations of SD discourses and frameworks; 2/ Institutionalizing the backlash: changes in norms and politics; 3/ The strategies and interests of backlash actors.

Social and economic uses of creole languages
17th International Colloquium of Creole Studies (CIEC)
Who can truly contest the vitality of Creole languages? They are indeed young languages, born of the encounter between peoples of different civilisations, carriers of idiosyncratic visions of the world. In addition, they were effectively developed in different regions, but achieved similar results. Questioning the vitality of creole languages thus takes on its full meaning. How do the uses of creoles materialise in among the different social spaces of creolophone territories? Outside of the “classic” circuits of the language (schools, media, churches, etc.), do economic actors use language as a tool of economic market development? Our colloquium seeks to explore this key question of the social and economic uses of Creoles, their commoditisation in diverse domains.
