Revue « Bifurcation-s », numéro 6
L’appel à articles du numéro 6 de la revue Bifurcation-s (« L’extrême-droite face à l’écologisme, sur le terrain ») vise à analyser empiriquement les relations entre l’extrême droite — en particulier le Rassemblement national — et les enjeux écologiques. Il entend dépasser les débats doctrinaux sur l’« écofascisme » pour documenter, à partir d’enquêtes de terrain, les stratégies, appropriations, tensions et éventuelles convergences entre acteurs d’extrême droite et mouvements écologistes. Le dossier interroge à la fois la manière dont le RN investit l’écologie dans ses discours et pratiques, les positionnements des mobilisations écologistes face à l’extrême droite, ainsi que les situations locales où les clivages politiques peuvent se brouiller autour de controverses environnementales

Afin de contribuer aux développements historiographiques et d’établir des ponts entre les recherches des deux côtés des Pyrénées, cet appel à communications invite les jeunes chercheurs et chercheuses à présenter leurs travaux sur les communismes en Espagne — ou sur leur projection et leurs connexions internationales — tout au long du XXe siècle, en se focalisant sur les trajectoires, les expériences, les engagements, les biographies et les formes d’agence de leurs acteurs. The theme of the conference is grounded in the transformative learning paradigm applied to education for sustainable development (ESD). ESD is a central element in promoting “enlightened citizenship” for all students, but also in training future professionals who will integrate a sustainable development approach into their work, regardless of the sector. This call for contributions is based on UNESCO’s 2030 Roadmap for Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), published in 2020 and the 2022 Berlin Declaration, which places transformative ESD at its core.

Il s’agira d’explorer les formes d’alliances féminines dans les discours, les pratiques sociales, les récits ou les correspondances en Italie dans un contexte de bouleversements politiques et de reconfigurations des rôles genrés. Une attention particulière sera consacrée aux fraternité/sororité politiques dans les Républiques sœurs italiennes (1796-1799), fraternité/sororité militaires et diplomatiques franco-piémontaises lors de l’unification italienne (dans la pensée politique et les représentations).

An ecological transition under strain: country, landscape, and uses in contemporary Germany
The starting point for this conference is the observation that the ecological transition in Germany, which one might have thought would be easier or at least more harmonious than in other countries due to the importance that environmental issues have had in German culture, society, and politics from very early on, is in fact encountering numerous obstacles and is even being called into question. This is evidenced, among other things, by the setbacks which the energy transition encounters and by the success of the party Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) despite—or perhaps because of—its stance in favour of climate change denial.

Addressing poverty in the long eighteenth century, organized by Damiano Bardelli (EHESS, CRH-GEHM/University of Oxford, Visiting Researcher at the Voltaire Foundation) with the support of the Voltaire Foundation and the Swiss National Science Foundation, aims to shed light on the innovations introduced by Enlightenment reformers in the way of understanding and addressing poverty, and thus to highlight their role in the emergence of the conceptual framework of the social question in the 19th century.

Cinquante ans après la mort du dictateur Francisco Franco, les Universités d’Alicante, Champollion (campus d’Albi), Autonome de Barcelone, Carlos III de Madrid, UNED, et la Fondation Francisco Largo Caballero organisent un symposium international qui se tiendra les 20 et 21 novembre à Alicante, puis à Albi les 26 et 27 novembre. Pendant quatre jours, dix-sept spécialistes se pencheront sur les mouvements politiques, syndicaux, sociaux et culturels qui ont œuvré pour une Espagne démocratique et pleinement intégrée à l’Europe occidentale. Notre objectif est d’établir un bilan et en même temps d’ouvrir de nouvelles perspectives sur l’ensemble de ces mouvements ayant accompagné l’Espagne clandestine qui, soutenue par l’Espagne exilée en France, posa les premières pierres de la nouvelle démocratie espagnole.

Making the city differently: urban struggles, circulations and networks after 1945
Session 71 - EAUH 2026
We are pleased to share with you the Call for Paper for a session scheduled for the upcoming 2026 Conference of the European Association for Urban History (EAUH) on the theme 'City Networks in Europe and beyond', to be held in Barcelona in September 3-6, entitled: Making the city differently: urban struggles, circulations and networks after 1945. This session will look at the circulation and transfer of critical discourses, as well as activist practices that challenge the dominant ways of making cities after 1945. From a transnational perspective, the aim is to trace the networks, interrelations and genealogies of critical and alternative urbanism in contemporary Europe and beyond.

L’objectif est de mieux comprendre les relations entre le politique et les sphères du savoir en contexte autoritaire et dans les phases de changement politique. En se focalisant sur les « professions intellectuelles », il s’agit d’approfondir les possibilités et les cadres de l’opposition aux dictatures et leur participation au processus de transition et de démocratisation en Espagne et au Portugal dans les années 1960-1970. En raison de leur autonomie et de leur capital social, ces professions ont des capacités de résistance et de protestations plus élevées que d’autres groupes sociaux. L’objectif est aussi d’explorer l’évolution des relations aux pouvoirs autoritaires de groupes appartenant à la bourgeoisie ou aux classes moyennes, qui ont pu bénéficier de positions privilégiées ou ont soutenu ces régimes, avant de s’en distancier.

Images de haine et de dénigrement des politiques : dépolitisation ou politisation informelle ?
France – 1945 à nos jours
L’objectif central de ce colloque, international et interdisciplinaire, est d’identifier et de comprendre le rôle des images de haine et de dénigrement (caricatures, affiches, images numériques fixes ou animées, effigies, mannequins, etc.) à l’égard des hommes et des femmes politiques – c’est-à-dire des représentations iconographiques qui les disqualifient et les agressent non seulement pour leur politique mais aussi parce qu’ils / elles font de la politique – dans le rejet grandissant de la démocratie représentative et l’essor de nouvelles formes de politisation ou de radicalisation.
