Mais qu’en est-il des répercussions de l’actuelle crise environnementale sur le psychisme ? C’est le sujet qu’abordera ce prochain numéro de « L’évolution psychiatrique ».

  Quelle clinique du genre ?

  Revue « L'Évolution psychiatrique »

  La version révisée du DSM-5 (Manuel diagnostic et statistique), parue début 2022, introduit plusieurs changements qui, s’ils n’affectent que quelques termes dans l’ensemble de l’ouvrage, ne sont pas négligeables. Ainsi, l’ouvrage de référence d’une certaine psychiatrie américaine s’aligne sur la classification internationale des maladies de l’Organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS) pour parler de « dysphorie de genre » là où la dénomination « trouble de l’identité de genre » avait encore cours. Nous trouvons exemplaire que ces classifications psychiatriques internationales évoluent en intégrant, plus ou moins adroitement, certains changements dans les mentalités. Mais, au-delà de ces diagnostics, comment le genre s’inscrit-il aujourd’hui dans la clinique ? Quels nouveaux savoirs viennent croiser nos pratiques, par l’intermédiaire de patients qui semblent toujours avoir un temps d’avance ?

  La guerre en Ukraine et le nouvel ordre mondial à venir : quelle place pour l’Afrique ?

  « Revue camerounaise d’études internationales », Numéro 2 (16) / 2022

  Un numéro spécial de la revue camerounaise d’études internationales à paraître en janvier 2023 sera consacré à la guerre en Ukraine. La crise ukrainienne survient à la suite d’une crise sanitaire sans précédent. L’objectif de cet appel à contributions est de s’appesantir sur l’Afrique à travers un certain nombre de questionnements spécifiques car, cette guerre qui semble si lointaine du point de vue géographique est au fond si proche, du point de vue économique et géostratégique à travers ses conséquences plurielles sur l’Afrique. Ainsi, on peut se demander si cette guerre ne peut pas permettre à l’Afrique de se créer une autre voie dans ce nouveau monde en gestation et en quête de sens.

  As opposed to what is frequently claimed in political and academic debates, wage labour and trade unionism in Africa are not outdated or doomed. Although labour unions, since the 1980s, have been severely affected by structural adjustment programmes, wage labour in its various manifestations is persistent, and a myriad of active labour unions exist. This conference will address cross-cutting issues around trade unionism and labour in Africa. Proposals from all human and social sciences, as well as transdisciplinary and activist contributions, are welcome in French or in English.

  « Cahiers de la recherche architecturale, urbaine et paysagère » - Dossier thématique, Numéro 18

  In the 1930s, photomontage was defined as a composition or montage of fully or partially cut-out photographs, which may include text, color or drawings, as can be seen in recent exhibitions. Since the first decades of the 20th century until today, photomontage has just as much examined artistic production as it has architecture, landscape, and the city. It thus serves as a rich subject in the contemporary image sphere, in terms of shedding light on the exchange between fields, and for analyzing transformations in the realm of history and representation. To this end, this current issue puts forth three lines of investigation.

  From Vitruvio to Herbert Read and Miwon Kwon, there is an important selection of publications which focus on analyzing the relationship between art and architecture. There is also a significant number of publications which explore the relationship between art and society, or between society and architecture, respectively, although there is a lack of papers which address the three together. This call for submissions welcomes fresh ways of looking at reality and underrecognized vernacular expressions, which could help us to unveil new ways of understanding the relationship between art, architecture and society, as a transdisciplinary response to the current state of affairs.

  Le cinquante-quatrième congrès de l’Association française d’études américaines portera sur le thème des « Voix, sons, bruits, silences ». Physiques ou métaphoriques, les bruits, les sons, les voix et les silences se glissent au creux de nos oreilles ou résonnent dans l’espace public ; ils se déploient au cinéma et dans les séries, dans les arts, la littérature et la musique, dans les espaces urbains et ruraux, dans les mouvements sociaux, les communautés religieuses, les institutions politiques et les médias. Ils traversent le temps et constituent des archives. Les voix sont narratives, politiques, chantées, transcrites, déformées, amplifiées, imitées, reprises, plurielles et singulières. De quelles voix nous faisons-nous l’écho ? Quand la·le chercheur·se doit-iel de parler ou se taire ?

  La citation et la fabrique de l’Antiquité dans les éditions des textes classiques : analyse et exploration numérique

  À la faveur des numérisations croissantes, de nombreux paratextes du XVI^e siècle sont désormais accessibles. Ce colloque propose de les explorer sous l’angle de la citation. À la croisée des recherches menées au sein de l’ANR IThAC sur l’invention du théâtre antique, qui porte sur le corpus des paratextes aux éditions des auteurs dramatiques anciens à la Renaissance et leur exploitation numérique, et de l’axe du laboratoire HiSoMA dédié aux cultures anciennes et les temporalités, qui s’intéresse à la mémoire et la réception des cultures anciennes, ce colloque se propose de réfléchir, sans s’y limiter, aux thématiques suivantes : Qu’entend-on exactement par « citation » ? Quel texte cite-t-on ? Comment cite-t-on ? Pourquoi cite-on ? Comment et selon quelles modalités se fabrique la mémoire citationnelle ? Quel est l’apport méthodologique des humanités numériques à l’exploration des pratiques citationnelles dans les paratextes grecs et latins de la Renaissance ?

  The goal of this special issue of Arts is to gather knowledge regarding Andalusi art and inspire readers to learn more about it. Indeed, the importance of Andalusi art in its developmental stage and in the evolution of Hispanic architecture is undeniable. At present, a large group of monuments and archaeological remains continue to remind us of that great period of history in the Iberian Peninsula (from the 8^th to the 15^th century). Accordingly, and in consequence, a few years ago, Arts published a Special Issue titled “Andalusi Architecture: Shapes, Meaning and Influences” to highlight the importance of Andalusi art in the scientific community, and numerous prominent international specialists participated. The importance of this publication lies in the dissemination of artistic elements of Andalusian art, not only during the 8th and 15^th centuries, but also in later centuries as a reminder of their influence.

  Troglodyte architecture: Safeguarding, Valorization and Sustainable development

  Giving the current recognition of the importance of the vernacular architecture that insures energy-efficientand environmentally friendly, the troglodyte architectural heritage, which has been for a long time considered as an unsuitable habitation architecture, shows actually ecological qualities and interesting architectural andcultural proprieties. The South Tunisian troglodyte architecture is one of the precious and representative heritage in South Mediterranean area. It represents a result of human creative genius, using local natural resources for surviving in an extreme environment. In 2020, this architecture was been included into the Unesco World Heritage Tentative List. The current Congress is intended to be an effective contribution to the state of art, to the sustainable development of troglodyte sites, and to the preparation of the nomination file of this architectural heritage for its inscription into the Word Heritage List of Unesco (WHL).

  Margins and boundaries in linguistic categorization

  Categorization is a basic cognitive process. The classical view of categorization considers categories as clear-cut and homogeneous – no element can belong to two distinct categories, and all the elements within a category have the same status. However, Rosch’s [1973] research in psychology posits that categories are organized around a central element called “prototype”, with other elements moving progressively further from it. Lexis – Journal in English Lexicology – will publish its 22^nd issue in 2023 on the topic “Margins and boundaries in linguistic categorization”.
