  II conversatorio internacional sobre tecnoestética y sensorium contemporáneo

  Uno de los principales propósitos del conversatorio es acercar a investigadores y estudiantes los debates y problemáticas que tienen lugar en el campo de la literatura y el arte digital desde una perspectiva analítica, crítica y reflexiva, orientando el pensamiento hacia el ámbito específico de la producción artificial de sensibilidades, con el objetivo de afianzar el crecimiento y el desarrollo de un área de estudios aún incipiente.

  Networks, collaborative practices and projections in contemporary art

  International symposium on and from Edgardo Antonio Vigo

  Twenty years after the death of E. A. Vigo, the Instituto de Historia del Arte Argentino y Americano (IHAAA) dependent on the Secretaría de Ciencia y Técnica of the Facultad de Bellas Artes (UNLP) invites researchers in art history, visual studies and art theory to submit proposals focused on his work and the issues he raised throughout his career. The International symposium on and from Edgardo Antonio Vigo convenes to discuss and reflect on the legacy of the artist, considering specific aspects of his production, as well as possible projections of these issues in contemporary art.

  The Great War seen from the “Periphery”: East Asia and Ibero-America

  The International Workshop “The Great War seen from the ‘Periphery’: East Asia and Ibero-America” intends to encourage a comparative discussion on the impact of the war in East Asia and Ibero-America, and also about possible entanglements as well as communalities regarding a shift in perception of the ‘European Great Powers’ and a world order centered very much on them before 1914. It will gather researchers specialized in Japan, China and Ibero-america, who will focus on the ‘mediatization’ of the war in those regions.

  VII Simposio internacional

  El Grupo de Investigación y Estudios Medievales del Centro de Estudios Históricos de la Facultad de Humanidades de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata (República Argentina) organiza el VII Simposio Internacional “Textos y Contextos”: abordajes sensoriales del mundo medieval, los días 5 al 7 de abril de 2017 e invita a participar a medievalistas de las diferentes disciplinas que conforman las Ciencias Humanas y Sociales, con el objeto de presentar y discutir los diversos temas que conforman la agenda sensorial de nuestras investigaciones.
