Le commerce de détail est passé d’une fonction de distribution associée à la société de production à une fonction polyforme associée à la société de consommation, où la dimension ludique ou « distractive » prend une place d’importance. Les lieux du commerce se transforment sous l’effet conjugué des contraintes urbanistiques (urbanisme commercial), de la montée des nouveaux modes d’achat (e-commerce, m-commerce, t-commerce) et de la diversification des profils des consommateurs. L’objectif de ce séminaire est donc d’approfondir ces nouvelles problématiques liées au commerce de détail et à la consommation.

Adossé à une recherche collective, ce séminaire de recherche ouvert à toute.s vise à interroger les croyances et représentations des acteurs dans différents domaines de la vie économique. Pour cela, chaque séance convoquera deux spécialistes de ces questions afin de mettre en débat leurs interventions, et ce dans une perspective pluridisciplinaire.

3rd International Conference Economic Philosophy
It goes without saying that how the “economic agent” is represented does matter to the utmost. It matters as much for economic theory as for empirical investigations that are based upon such models. It matters in the way institutions emerge, as to how societies get organized, and for the many devices contributing to the “general good” (whether they appear spontaneously, or are pragmatically and purposely created). It matters also for correcting incomplete or missing markets.
