Ce panel examine comment l’intelligence artificielle (IA) transforme la visualisation des données en intégrant des techniques de narration numérique et en explorant les opportunités et défis posés par le Big Data et l’Open Data. Les thématiques incluent : les avancées en matière de visualisation des données propulsées par l’IA ; l’utilisation de la narration numérique pour créer des récits engageants à partir de données complexes ; les stratégies visant à améliorer l’accessibilité et la compréhension des données pour divers publics : chercheurs, décideurs politiques et grand public ; les études de cas et meilleures pratiques dans ce domaine innovant. L’objectif est de favoriser une discussion sur la manière dont ces outils et approches permettent de rendre les données abstraites plus compréhensibles et exploitables.

Extreme Right Transnational: Towards a New Post-War History
This conference aims to bring together researchers working on transnational aspects of the history of the extreme right after 1945 and provide a new impetus for fostering closer cooperation and exchange between researchers and projects in Europe and beyond. Adopting an actor-centred perspective, it will explore cross-border networks and contacts, the circulation of media products, and the exchange of ideas and thoughts, aesthetics and lifestyles, mobilisation strategies and organisational forms. While the primary focus is on the second half of the 20th century, contributions examining longer historical continuities are also welcome.

While secondary literature on Bayle has gained impetus in recent years, with a new generation of researchers (e.g. Argaud, Van der Lugt, Levitin), colloquiums and meetings about Bayle are still rare. The aim of this online seminar is precisely to remedy this situation. It is open to all scholars, so as to get to know each other and stimulate the research dynamics on the Rotterdam philosopher. The seminar takes place online, once a month from January to June.

Questionner le genre : pratiques, représentations et savoirs
La journée d’étude doctorale du Centre d’histoire culturelle des sociétés contemporaines (CHCSC) et du laboratoire Dynamiques patrimoniales et culturelles (DYPAC) de l’université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines est intitulée « Questionner le genre : pratiques, représentations et savoirs ». Cette journée d’étude pluridisciplinaire entend s’appuyer sur le genre et ses pratiques afin de rassembler des jeunes chercheurs et chercheuses - doctorant·es et jeunes docteur·es - autour d’une question transversale particulièrement riche et s’appliquant à tous les champs des sciences humaines, sociales, médicales et fondamentales. Elle repose sur deux axes scientifiques, « Qu’est-ce que le genre fait aux pratiques ? Objets, représentations, activités » et « Où se loge le genre dans les pratiques de recherche ? ».

Over and above the question of accessibility, spatial approaches enable us to reflect on the habitability of territories, whether highly urbanized or rural, in terms of disability.

Teaching literature: a field of research
Today the didactics of literature is a crucial field of research for understanding and renewing literary education in schools and universities. Originating from the challenges of mass schooling, brought to a clearer institutionalisation in Italy by the demands of teacher training, it explores the methods, contents and practices related to the teaching and learning of literature, with theoretical as well as empirical perspectives. The didactics of literature not only offers essential tools for reflecting on the formative value of literary texts and how to make them accessible and meaningful to new generations of students, but also asks fundamental questions to literary theory. The purpose of the closing conference of the PRIN project Teaching literature: a field of research is to reflect on the role of literary education, anchoring it to epistemological and methodological questions. The conference aims to provide a platform for discussing current research, promoting dialogue between researchers from an international perspective and encouraging the comparison of different approaches and traditions.

Since its entry into World War 1 in 1917, the United States has played a pivotal international role across political, economic, cultural, and military arenas. This trajectory has been characterized by waves of both Americanization and anti-Americanism, with military interventions increasingly assuming a central role—albeit with notable distinctions. The United States has been consistently engaged in overseas operations. This call for papers seeks to explore the complex relationship between wars, Americanism, and anti-Americanism from the 20th century to the present.
