  استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي وأثرها على البحث العلمي

  أصبحت استخدامات وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي تلعب دورا بالغ الأهمية في جميع المجالات ومصدر ثورة حقيقية ستؤدي إلى إعادة النظر في الكثير من المفاهيم. وذلك لما تتميز به من خصوصية  قد تصل إلى درجة حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي محل الإنسان في تأدية مختلف المهام والوظائف التي يقوم بها الإنسان، بل تستطيع القيام بما يعجز عنه الإنسان في عديد المهام. وقد برز الذكاء الاصطناعي كتقنية تكنولوجية فريدة من نوعها أصبحت محل اهتمام مختلف دول العالم لأهميتها البالغة في القفز بمختلف ميادين الحياة ، ومن بين هذه الميادين البحث العلمي خاصة في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية في جميع مراحله انطلاقا من مرحلة تحديد المشكلة البحثية إلى مرحلة تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها وتقديم الحلول والاقتراحات.  فإلى أي مدى يساهم الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير البحث العلمي؟ وماهي انعكاسات  دمج تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز نتائج الأبحاث العلمية؟

  Cultural and Creative Industries in Africa and the Arab World

  The main objective of this first edition of the International Conference on Cultural Engineering and Heritage Development is to approach the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) in African and Arab contexts and their evolution in the era of postmodernism; era that is characterized by focus on knowledge, intangibility and digitalization. While the core of CCIs remains in works of art, artistic expressions, cultural heritage, and traditional know-how, the production and reproduction models of art and culture have continued to reinvent themselves, as is the case with those of creation. Thus, from an interdisciplinary perspective, the main themes of this conference focus on the complexity of CCIs in Africa and the Arab world, their specificities, and the issues their development generates.

  Civil society and democratic transformation - comparative experiences

  Expériences comparées

  Les changements politiques que connaissent plusieurs pays, surtout arabes, et les périodes de transition politique, font apparaitre la fin du monopole du champ politique par l'État. Les organisations de la société civile s'accaparent de plus en plus de pouvoir de par leurs capacités mobilisatrices. On assiste à l'émergence de nouveaux acteurs civils qui exercent des missions et des rôles autant divers qu'inhabituels, ce qui peut être considéré comme une dépossession des rôles traditionnels de l'État. En fait, la société civile contribue à la rotation des élites, assure une fonction socio-éducative et contribue fortement à consolider le processus démocratique nouvellement initié. Il s'agit de comparer les différentes expériences, d'expliciter les étendues mais aussi d'un autre côté de réfléchir sur le concept de société civile, de clarifier ses contours, de comprendre les polémiques qu'il suscite.
