لئن شكّلت الهجرة محور نقاش عديد الملتقيات الفكرية والعلمية من مداخل نظرية متعدّدة وعبر مقاربات متنوعة، فإنّ زاوية نظر هذا الملتقى اختارت أن تنطلق من اعتبار الهجرة ظاهرة مثقلة بعديد الدلالات السوسيولوجية والايحاءات الفنيّة والثقافية لما في أبعادها من تداخل رمزي وجمالي وإنساني بشكل عام. وبناء عليه، فإنّ من دواعي تنظيم هذا الملتقى هو النظر إلى هذه الظاهرة من زوايا نظر جديدة) تأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصيّة الظاهرة وسياقها المحلي والعالمي بعيدا عن تلك التعميمات النظرية وبراديغمات التحليل الكلاسيكية التي اتخذت من التفسيرات الاجتماعية والمقاربات الاقتصادية والأمنية سبيلا إلى الفهم والتفسير.

استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي وأثرها على البحث العلمي
أصبحت استخدامات وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي تلعب دورا بالغ الأهمية في جميع المجالات ومصدر ثورة حقيقية ستؤدي إلى إعادة النظر في الكثير من المفاهيم. وذلك لما تتميز به من خصوصية قد تصل إلى درجة حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي محل الإنسان في تأدية مختلف المهام والوظائف التي يقوم بها الإنسان، بل تستطيع القيام بما يعجز عنه الإنسان في عديد المهام. وقد برز الذكاء الاصطناعي كتقنية تكنولوجية فريدة من نوعها أصبحت محل اهتمام مختلف دول العالم لأهميتها البالغة في القفز بمختلف ميادين الحياة ، ومن بين هذه الميادين البحث العلمي خاصة في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية في جميع مراحله انطلاقا من مرحلة تحديد المشكلة البحثية إلى مرحلة تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها وتقديم الحلول والاقتراحات. فإلى أي مدى يساهم الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير البحث العلمي؟ وماهي انعكاسات دمج تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز نتائج الأبحاث العلمية؟

The main objective of this first edition of the International Conference on Cultural Engineering and Heritage Development is to approach the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) in African and Arab contexts and their evolution in the era of postmodernism; era that is characterized by focus on knowledge, intangibility and digitalization. While the core of CCIs remains in works of art, artistic expressions, cultural heritage, and traditional know-how, the production and reproduction models of art and culture have continued to reinvent themselves, as is the case with those of creation. Thus, from an interdisciplinary perspective, the main themes of this conference focus on the complexity of CCIs in Africa and the Arab world, their specificities, and the issues their development generates.

Ve congrès francophone d'histoire de la construction
Ce congrès s'inscrit dans la dynamique des manifestations scientifiques internationales rassemblant autour de l’histoire de la construction des praticiens et des chercheurs, des acteurs du patrimoine (collectivités, associations, etc.), des étudiants, des amateurs, des élus et des usagers. Si les thématiques traditionnelles de l’histoire de la construction sont bien évidemment abordées (matériaux, processus de construction, chantier, droit et économie, métiers et acteurs, circulation des savoirs, etc.), d’autres sujets liés au développement de nouveaux thèmes de recherche sont proposés tels que l’histoire des techniques d’entretien et de restauration et l’histoire environnementale. Cette édition, comme les précédentes, entend participer à la consolidation de ce champ de recherche et enrichir les connaissances par la multiplicité des regards.

Interférences entre l’écrit et la praxis dans l’œuvre de l’artiste plasticien Nja Mahdaoui
Dans son ouvrage « Entre l’écrit et le visuel », l’artiste théoricien Samir Triki parle des « voies de circulation entre la matière littéraire et la matière artistique, ainsi que les éléments spécifiques et endogènes qui caractérisent l’une ou l’autre ». Seules ces chaînes sont capables de renseigner sur la mesure, dans laquelle l’artiste s’attache à faire correspondre son écriture à sa pratique. C’est dans ce contexte que se déroulera cette journée d’étude, mettant en lumière l’expérience de l’un des artistes les plus célèbres, dont les œuvres sont les plus diverses et les plus ouvertes sur son être-créateur, sur l’héritage et sur l’Autre, avec toutes les contradictions, bifurcations et intersections que portent ces univers. Nous voulons parler de l’expérience de l’artiste Nja Mahdaoui, considérée comme l’une des expériences artistiques arabes et africaines les plus importantes, la plus connue et reconnue par les pays du « centre » occidental, ainsi que par les pays du Moyen-Orient.

Cette journée d’étude a pour objectif de mettre en lumière la relation entre la créativité et l’intelligence artificielle dans le monde, et en Tunisie, et amener à la table, des cours, des discussions et des expériences qui éclairent de nouveaux aspects de la vie académique et scientifique. On tend aussi à appréhender des traitements à dimensions contemporaines, présentés par des chercheurs, dont les échos ne nous sont pas parvenus jusqu’alors. Peut-être aspirons-nous à présenter de nouvelles approches nées du sein de toutes ces fertilisations croisées.

Contemporary Societies Facing Risks
Contexts, actors, experiences, and response stakes
By the midst of the the twentieth century, the world had become the scene of profound social and historical transformations sustained technological and ecological developments. Such transformations often testify to the transition from the first modernity of an industrial aspect to the second modernity, usually characterized by “cosmic risks”. Consistent with these transitions, the concept of risk has witnessed remarkable developments, evolving into an integrated approach adopted in the analysis of the profound changes in industrial society whereby the unforeseen consequences of human actions have become more frequent, intense, and influential, posing a threat to human existence altogether. Diverse scientific studies addressing the issue of risk(s) across different fields point to the structural and complex crisis accompanying the “second modernity”.

« La durabilité » : un contexte conceptuel dans l’art et le design
Aujourd’hui, le monde vit l’impact des changements climatiques et environnementaux profonds et rapides qui ont eu des effets néfastes sur tous les êtres vivants de la planète. Pour cette raison, plusieurs pratiques artistiques se sont consacrées au traitement de la question de la « durabilité », et ce, afin de sensibiliser à la fragilité des conditions environnementales, sociales, économiques et bien d’autres, dans lesquelles l’accent a été mis sur l’exigence de rechercher des solutions radicales et prévenir pour ce danger qui nous menace. Sur cette base, les pratiques artistiques (dans les domaines de l’art et du design) préoccupées par la question de la durabilité, se sont ouvertes à plusieurs domaines pour inclure « l’art écologique » ou le « design écologique », « l’art vivant », « l’art du recyclage » ou « l’art de la récupération », afin de soulever un ensemble de questions, dont nous éclairerons certaines dans les axes de recherche.

Les transformations des campagnes au cours de l’histoire maghrébine ont représenté l’un des sujets- objets de recherche les plus importants dans le débat scientifique de ces dernières décennies et ce, dans diverses disciplines telles que l’histoire, la géographie, la sociologie, la psychologie sociale, l’économie, l’anthropologie, les sciences agricoles, l’urbanisme, les sciences de l’énergie, etc. Mais malgré cet intérêt multidisciplinaire, tout chercheur traitant le monde rural est confronté au problème de sa définition conceptuelle, problème qui reste encore entier.

Metropolitan and suburban cities: Past, present and future
مدينة "مقرين" نموذجا
With the urban development that the world has witnessed since the late nineteenth century in parallel with the industrial development, and the increase in the movement of migration and displacement towards the major industrial cities around the world, the latter became crowded with population and expanded form contemporary metropolises, absorbing most of the jobs and major administrative, social and economic spaces. This caused a serious economic, social and development confusion for the countries experiencing the phenomenon, and a clear regional disparity between its depths and peripheries and between its cities and countryside. Its homogeneous balance was disturbed, and it turned into a sweeping polar cities because of the small cities and villages around it, with its acquired social and economic weight, thus affecting the local, regional and even the international geopolitical and geo-economics balances.

يؤيد "بارت" "فيكو" (Jean-Baptiste Vico) في ما ذهب إليه بأن اليونانيين كانوا وراء مغادرة عهد الإنسانية الشعري ووضعوا في المقابل أسس ما أسماها "رولان بارت" "إمبراطورية البلاغة". منذ ذلك المنعطف لم يعد الشعر يضطلع بدور "العلم الكلّي" بل أصبح من علامات الابداع، الأمر الذي ترتب عنه تباين اللّذة مع المتعة وما تُحيل إليه من نشوة وطرب، علامة على الانسحاب من التاريخ، وتقصيرها عن الظفر بمتعة الإنشاء والبناء. فهل حقا ينبغي التسليم بأنه لا متعة إلا وهي منخرطة في سياق دلالي مشدود نحو الفكر ورهاناته؟ ألا يُسبغ الابداع على اللّذة معنى أعمق وينفذ إليها من مسارب أخرى، فهو يتجاوز اعتبارها مجرد شهوة أو ليبيدو، لتنبري عقليّة ممزوجة بطعم الحسّي ومُفعمة بالحميميّ المُذوّت. فاللّذة المحايثة للممارسة الإبداعية تفترض انخراطا في متعة مفتوحة على المنفعة وروافدها (الواقعي واليومي)، وهي مُترعة بالخيالي وبخرق المحظور والعرضي والوافد.

Populism: Theoretical Confusion, Contexts of proliferation and Comparative Experiences
Although most researchers unanimously agreed on the modernity of populism, this should in no way discourage us from further examining the implications of this phenomenon and its origins in ancient history. The search for the historical roots of populism, that some relate to early times, is only an attempt to establish its origin. However, the subsequent transformations of populism in meaning and practice have made it difficult to discern its limits. Apparently, this critical approach seems to be inaccessible due to many considerations, including the transformations of populism in terms of concept and practice to the point of almost losing its first forms. According to this approach, it is more likely that real beginnings of populism coincided with the emergence of modern democracy showing signs of deficiency.

The archaeology of Morocco: history, reality and perspectives
L’objectif de cette rencontre consiste à tracer le parcours de l’archéologie marocaine depuis ses débuts ; à la fin du XIXe siècle, jusqu’à nos jours. Il y sera aussi question de la réalité et des perspectives de la recherche archéologique au Maroc et des possibilités de préservation et du développement des acquis enregistrés ce qui accorde à notre pays ; aujourd’hui et dans l’avenir, la place qu’il mérite dans l’archéologie mondiale. En marge de cette rencontre, on envisage organiser une exposition portant sur les sites archéologiques majeurs, sur les trouvailles phares et sur les archéologues qui ont contribué au développement de la discipline. Cette rencontre sera l’occasion de rappeler que l’archéologie marocaine dépasse la frontière nationale pour concerner tout ce qui est lié à l’histoire de notre pays, plusieurs dizaines de fois millénaire.
