  Les réactions constitutionnelles à la globalisation

  La globalisation, associée à l’interconnectivité normative, invite à repenser les bases conceptuelles et catégoriques de la science du droit et à adapter les modèles classiques à ces nouvelles données. Toutefois, le droit constitutionnel ne semble pas être influencé de manière significative par la globalisation. Néanmoins, la globalisation ne peut rester sans incidence sur le fonctionnement interne de l’État et, par suite, sur le droit national. L’objet du présent colloque sera d’établir la pertinence de l’idée même de réaction constitutionnelle à la globalisation, que ce soit dans une perspective théorique ou historique. Les différents axes de réflexion retenus permettront d’interroger le rapport existant (ou non) entre la globalisation et le droit constitutionnel ainsi que la question de l’apparition d’un droit constitutionnel global.

  International Conference on The Empowerment of Civil Society in Urban Policies

  This conference seeks to analyze and to compare the institutionalization of empowerment and its impacts in diverse political, cultural, economic and institutional contexts since the empowerment seems, theoretically, to be a matrix of profound changes within contemporary States. The three-day conference organized by the UNESCO Chair on Urban Politics and Citizenship will address two key issues that are currently at the core of the transformations mentioned above: (i) the political and economical conditions of the institutionalization of empowerment in urban policies for the last 20 years, and (ii) the uses of empowerment on and by social groups within cities.
