    Higher Education Programs in Digital Humanities: Challenges and Perspectives

    DARIAH-EU workshop in connection to the 2nd Digital Humanities in Nordic countries (DHN) Conference

    Different aspects related to higher education programs in Digital Humanities (DH), whether, what and how they should be organized, are currently discussed at many higher education institutions in Nordic countries and beyond. The aim of this proposed workshop at DHN 2017 is to bring together scholars, educators and others interested in different aspects of Digital Humanities education to explore the current potential and challenges and opportunities related to the teaching and learning of Digital Humanities.

    As variedades do Português no ensino de Português língua materna e estrangeira

    II jornadas pedagógicas de Português

    Depois do grande sucesso das primeiras Jornadas Pedagógicas de Português na Suécia em Estocolmo em 2012 estamos contentes em poder anunciar agora as II Jornadas Pedagógicas de Português que terão lugar na Folkuniversitet de Gotemburgo. O tema principal destas Jornadas são as variedades do Português no ensino de Português Língua Materna e Estrangeira. Gotemburgo é o lugar ideal para esta temática, uma vez que estão presentes nesta cidade associações muito ativas de angolanos, brasileiros, cabo-verdianos e portugueses. Todas estas associações apóiam as jornadas. Desta maneira estamos na expectativa de outras Jornadas inspiradoras, num clima de troca de experiências, ideias e resultados de pesquisa.

    Elective affinities. Critical approach of religious heritage-making in the Mediterranean

    Workshop of the inaugural conference of the Association of Critical Heritage Studies

    This workshop of the inaugural conference of the Association of Critical Heritage Studies (Gothenburg, 5 June 2012) focuses on the relationships between religion and heritage in the Mediterranean. It aims to study the entwining of these two phenomena and reveal the eventual particularities of religious heritage-making, as well as to discuss the conceptions of heritage embedded in the monotheistic religions, and re-examine the cultural matrix that religion and heritage share, redefine or negotiate through memory practices.
