Il est lié à deux autres séries d'ateliers : History of Economics as Culture et History of Economics as History of Science.
The general aim of this workshop is to foster discussion between historians of economic "facts" and of economic "thought", as well as between historians and economists (and sociologists, political scientists, etc. interested in economic history and/or history of economics). The 2009 edition will focus on two themes: bankruptcies (morning session) and history of economic statistics (afternoon session).
The workshop is organized by the H2S group in Economix with support from the Institute for Early Modern and Modern History. It is connected to other H2S series of workshops: History of Economics as Culture et History of Economics as History of Science.
Entry is free but it is recommanded to register by writing to Claire.Lemercier@ens.fr
The papers will be downloadable at least one week before the workshop.
