La Chaire d’études taïwanaises de l’Université d’Ottawa, avec le soutien du Département d’études politiques et du Département de Sociologie et d’Anthropologie, organise des Journées d'études consacrés aux Jeunes chercheurs (en master et en doctorat) travaillant sur Taïwan dans les universités de l'est du Canada (Ontario, Québec). Les participants viendront présenter leurs recherches, projets de recherches, articles ou chapitres en cours d'écriture, ainsi que les éventuelles difficultés qu'ils rencontrent ou ont rencontrés dans leur enquête ou dans leur rédaction.
