Post-doc

Post-doc in Contemporary European History (m/f)

• Ref: I3-50010502
• Fixed-term contract 3 years (with possibility of prolongation)
• Full-time position (40h/week)
• Employee status
• Earliest starting date November: 1st, 2019

Your Role

• conduct a clear defined research project with a strong focus on comparative, transnational or international history
• expand the international network of the C2DH
• raise third-party funds
• teaching at BA or MA level (60 hours a year)

Your Profile

• PhD in Contemporary History
• Very good track record of publications in relevant peer reviewed journals
• Participation in collaborative and interdisciplinary research projects
• Experience in writing grant proposals
• Active knowledge in English and in either German or French
