The Cahiers Droit, Sciences & Technologies are launching their call for papers for issue 11 (issue November 2020). The following themes, linked to the health crisis Covid-19 are privileged: Covid-19 and scientific expertise (organisation, links with decision making, etc.), Covid-19 and public decision making in a situation of uncertainty, Covid-19, clinical trials and clinical ethics, Covid-19 and tracking of individuals.

Présentation

Les Cahiers Droit, Sciences et Technologies :

1. rendent compte, sous la forme de « chroniques », des évolutions textuelles et jurisprudentielles dans les grands champs des sciences et techniques (biotechnologies, nanotechnologies, bioéthique, NTIC, etc.) ;
2. abordent, sous forme d’articles scientifiques originaux et de dossiers thématiques, les grandes thématiques juridiques, classiques et contemporaines, que suscitent les développements scientifiques et techniques ;
3. proposent des interviews et notes de lecture sur ces mêmes thématiques. 

Les Cahiers Droit, Sciences & Technologies paraissent deux fois par an, début mai et début novembre. Ils sont à la fois disponibles en version papier (publiés aux presses universitaires d’Aix-Marseille (PUAM)) et en accès libre sur Openedition. https://journals.openedition.org/cdst/. 

L’abonnement est proposé sur la plateforme LGDJ.fr. 

Modalités de soumission

Les propositions de publication doivent être adressées à la direction des Cahiers Droit, Sciences & Technologies,

Les articles, nécessairement originaux et non déjà publiés dans d'autres revues, ne doivent pas dépasser 55 000 signes espaces et notes compris.

Ils doivent être dactylographiés en un interligne et demi, en Times New Roman 12, les notes infrapaginales étant formatées en un interligne simple, Times New Roman 10. Ils doivent être accompagnés d’un résumé de dix à vingt lignes dans la langue de l’article soumis ainsi qu’en langue française/anglaise.

Evaluation

Tous les articles sont soumis de façon anonyme pour avis à deux spécialistes désignés par le comité éditorial des Cahiers Droit, Sciences & Technologies.

Call for papers for issue 11/2020 of the "Cahiers Droit, sciences & technologies" (issue November 2020)

The Cahiers Droit, Sciences & Technologies are launching their call for papers for issue 11 (issue November 2020). The following themes, linked to the health crisis "Covid-19" are privileged: "Covid-19 and scientific expertise (organisation, links with decision making, etc.)", "Covid-19 and public decision making in a situation of uncertainty", "Covid-19, clinical trials and clinical ethics", "Covid-19 and tracking of individuals". Any contribution relating to the general theme of Law, Science and Technology is also welcome. The Cahiers Droit, Sciences & Technologies is a legal periodical open to interdisciplinarity and which aims to strengthen, disseminate and raise the profile of research work devoted to the framework of science and technology, more generally in the field labelled "STS" by Anglo-American doctrine (Science and Technology Studies or Science, Technology and Society).

The Cahiers Droit, Sciences et Technologies (Law, Science and Technology Papers):

1. report, in the form of "chronicles", on textual and jurisprudential developments in the major fields of science and technology (biotechnologies, nanotechnologies, bioethics, NICTs, etc.);

2. address, in the form of original scientific articles and thematic dossiers, the major classical and contemporary legal issues raised by scientific and technical developments;

3. offer interviews and reading notes on these same issues.

The Cahiers Droit, Sciences & Technologies are published twice a year, in early May and early November. They are both available in hard copy (published by the University Press of Aix-Marseille (PUAM)) and in free access on Openedition. https://journals.openedition.org/cdst/.

Articles, necessarily original and not already published in other journals, must not exceed 55,000 characters including spaces and notes.

They must be typed in Times New Roman 12, single-spaced, Times New Roman 12, with footnotes formatted in Times New Roman 10, and must be accompanied by a ten-to twenty-line abstract in the language of the article submitted and in English/French.
