  À l'occasion du cinquième anniversaire de l'ouverture aux chercheurs des séries consultables à l'Archivio della Penitenzieria Apostolica, une journée d'étude se tiendra le mardi 22 novembre 2016 au Palais de la Chancellerie, avec le patronage de l’École française de Rome et du Deutsches Historisches Institut in Rom. Cette initiative a pour double objectif de dresser un bilan de ces cinq premières années et de suggérer des pistes de recherche pour l'avenir.

  The Nourishment of the State and the Healt of the "Res publica"

  Origins, Structure and Development of Public Expenditure in Europe (XIIIth-XVIIth centuries)

  The State, in the most generic sense of political body, the expense and the tax system have followed inseparable ways from the 13th century up to the present. For it the Congress tries to offer a vision that allows us to remove from the traditional optics of analysis of the income and the expense from a theoretical budgetary balance and to enter the relation between expense, determining economic, political structures and social theory. Taking as a territorial base the spaces governed or strongly influenced by the Hispanic Monarchy at the end of the 16th century, three sections of this Congress claim the first approximation to the expense and the debt that bears all the implied factors in mind. An essential element of the same one is his interdisciplinary approximation and the specialists' incorporation in the public expenditure of the present to need the concepts and limits of the structure of the public expenditure in the Europe Low middle ages and Modern age. Au détour des archives, de multiples questions relatives à ces thématiques affleurent régulièrement, et un programme tel que le PRIDAES peut légitimement s’orienter vers l’étude de pratiques, de règles et d’institutions qui, aux yeux de beaucoup, n’ont pas d’histoire.

  The consent of populations, plebiscites, and changes in sovereignty in western Europe

  From the French Revolution to the post WWI period

  À l’occasion du 150e anniversaire de l’annexion de Nice et de la Savoie à la France, le laboratoire ERMES (Centre d’histoire du droit Maryse Carlin) de l’université de Nice Sophia-Antipolis et le laboratoire CDPPOC de l’université de Savoie, organisent conjointement, dans le cadre du PRIDAES (Programme de recherche sur les institutions et le droit des anciens États de Savoie) un colloque international et interdisciplinaire sur le thème : « Consentement des populations, plébiscites et changements de souveraineté en Europe occidentale de la Révolution au lendemain de la première guerre mondiale ». Le colloque se déroulera à Nice les 27 et 28 septembre 2010 et à Chambéry les 30 septembre et 1er octobre 2010.
