La revue électronique européenne d'histoire du droit Clio@Thémis lance un appel à contribution pour son numéro intitulé « Les chantiers de l'histoire du droit colonial ». Ce numéro portera essentiellement sur deux thèmes : l'historiographie et les questions de méthodes d'une part ; les acteurs du droit colonial d'autre part.

Normativity across the disciplines

This conference represents the final stage of the “European Doctorate in history, sociology, anthropology and philosophy of legal cultures in Europe”, a multilingual PhD programme financed by the European Commission and conceived to deepen the links between law and social sciences. The topic of the meeting, “Undoing law, framing contexts. Normativity across the disciplines”, aims to encourage a reflection on the concepts of law and context, bringing together scholars with different academic backgrounds but with a common interest in law.Many feel that a line has to be drawn between what is law and what it is not, between the text of law and its con-text. It is precisely this activity of distinguishing between the legal and the non-legal that we would like to examine more closely.

Appel à communications pour le colloque international « Égalité hommes / femmes et articulation travail / famille : vers un nouveau modèle ? » qui se tiendra les jeudi 30 septembre et vendredi 1er octobre 2010. Date limite des envois de résumés de communication : 19 décembre 2009. Imaginer des perspectives alternatives aux fondements genrés de la relation travail/famille constitue une des voies majeures vers l’effectivité du droit fondamental à l’égalité entre hommes et femmes. Le colloque propose de faire le point des travaux existants sur ces alternatives et/ou leurs conditions d’émergence.
